Frederick A. Hegner, Senior Advisor

Frederick A. Hegner has been actively involved in the verification, adjudication, and management of claims for the Property, Casualty, Marine, Life and Health Divisions of the American International Group for the past 37 years. This included Senior positions in the Caribbean, Central & South America, South East Asia and, in addition, oversight for Western & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, China, Japan, and technical support for India. During that time he directly assisted claims teams responding to earthquake, hurricane, tsunami, typhoon, and war risk. His work also included claims operations where he successfully improved quality, efficiency, and cost in key market segments.

Fred is a member of the International Insurance Society and a graduate of St. Norbert’s College.
